I'm sorry that you didn't find what you wanted. It certainly sounds like you were persistent. Are you going to any other parts of France or Europe or is this the end of your trip? If you have other stops, maybe you'll have better luck at those. Paris is but one place to get your Birkin. Good luck!

i am sorry to hear that.

as many of us said here before, we understand that stock in Paris is extremely low now. We are talking about not only birkin but also other styles of bags.

You saw people being offered birkin, even in 40cm. My understanding is that H has started notifying customers to collect their POs made in September and maybe the customers you saw are those who got notified. My friend and I also received notification that our bags are ready for collection.

Dont feel that you are lied or blacklisted. It's just you are going during a wrong period when the stock is low. As other TPFers said, you can try your luck in Japan (although the price is higher) or through reputable resellers.

Goodluck in your hunting. Dont give up, you will be able to find your bag very soon.

FYI. If you are looking for HAC, this season is NOT the season to look for this bag as this is not offered. Try next season.

Oh dear, still no birkin after 6 times to Europe and more than 20 times to H this year?!
I feel so sorry for you, OP. :hugs:
Why don't you go to your local store and try to establish a relationship with the SA in order to put your name down for the podium order. It might be a long wait but at least the bag may show up after a year or 2.

Spain is also a good option, as I have heard!! I am also considering (If I don't find what I am looking for...) going to Spain first (vacation and Hermes hunting:graucho:) and second USA!! :yes::smile1: Good luck and don't give up!!

Not true. Its really a stroke of luck when it comes to buying Birkin. My sister just returned from Spain and no birkin in sight. The stores were so empty that the only H belt avail in my size was Black Togo on Black Box, so pathetic!

was in Paris this last week, went to GoergeV and FSH, and no B. As OP said, lots being shown but not to sell... So i ended up getting a twilly, 2 scarves, and a tie. My dad got a me's wallet which the lady at the counter switched (accidentally) with another, so instead of long wallet, my dad got a short one. SA's were very helpful but no luck, he was offered another color since the one he got was last one. i was so tempted to ask for a birkin at that time since they owe us a favor. =)

I know my sister went to many parts of Spain, including Seville, Barcelona but not sure about Marbella. I did read about 1 TPFer scored her bag in Marbella but I also read many TPFers scored theirs in FSH France. Obviously, not everyone has the same encounters since OP has visited FSH many times and still nothing showed up.
I was invited to a pte event in Hermes a couple of months back and there were 2 30cm birkins on the shelves waiting to be snatched up. Ironically, my fren was waitlisted for the last 9 mths in the same store for 1 of the birkins in the exact same specs but she never get notified about its availability! No birkin has been spotted since that pte event in the last 2 mths.
Hermes shopping is always unpredictable.....
