This morning I went to FSH. 10.30 , so many people here then I wait for Bag's SA. for a survice . I saw many Kellys(Purple, DarkPink , White , Chocolate , Black...) and Birkins(Gold , Bicolour...) shown for clients , and they accept them . When in my turn I had told no Birkin in any size again (with no check from computer first), this is my 6 times this year in European country ,so today I got only small stuff.

And SA. told me there are no chance for this week to get a Birkin , Is that true ?

He just said come back on Jan !!!

I will stay inParis till next Monday ,Should I try again ? tomorrow and monday ?

I thought my size (40cm.) not much in damand.

Thank you very much , How can I say to SA. to got 1 , or pressing an order.

as far as i understand, some clients are returning to pick up their orders. Orders made in september this year are starting to arrive the store, that may be the reasons why they could show customers birkins. as you have not ordered one and they have no spare stock to sell at the moment, they told you no birkin to sell you.

as to chance, you will never know. i was told that even SA themselves dont know what items are being delivered each day until the products arrived are scanned to the computer system. thus, i guess you should go and try your luck every day.

friday is a good day for you to try as more stuff will be delivered (for sell on both friday and saturday).

as to strategy, i think you should buy something first instead of asking for birkin straight ahead. this will let them know that you are not birkin hunter. besides, 40cm is not in big demand and thus i trust that it would be easier for you.

Don't give up, you never know what comes in. I'd definitely go back to see if they have something for you. Maybe you can try another SA?

doctor_top - go to George V Hermes and ask for Charlotte. This branch will be more open to looking up inventory in the other stores in Paris. That was my experience. Good luck, tomorrow!

if you read the Newbie's guide, it is recommnded to you visit FSH twice a day... once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

you don't always need to go to same SA. at the end of the day, it boils down to luck as no one allegedly knows when the shipment comes in.

if you are a walk in, ask SA to show different bags or even SLGs and then ask for birkins or even HAC40. Some SAs get turned off immediately when you ask for birkin straight away.

between the two visits to FSH, you can visit George V. but between the two, your chance is higher with FSH as it is low stock in Europe, PERIOD.
