Thank you sweetheart! I forgot to ask about the gold chain so I sent an email to my SA yesterday night.. Haven't heard back from her yet. I'll keep you posted and post the mod shot soon.

Based upon previous experience of getting jewelry worked on, the cost usually includes "their buyback" of the old metal (priced by weight).

Rami, this necklace is gorg. Definitely worth the wait and the cost!

But I am curious: since its a custom piece , is the necklace stamped Tiffany?

Thank you so much! You are right. My SA got back to me and said the price included my gold chain.

I got really curious too after reading your comment LOL! Here is the back of the pendant.
