I want to take it to the place where I have some tools. Here - take it". Bag comes back looking great and wrapped in tissues. Guy #2: "Well, it's an old one. Come back in 15 mins, I'll do it right now. Here you go."

lol did it atleast look good after guy #2? I have found that different SA's offer different levels of service,
Well, it did not look worse. Frankly, I did not notice any difference after the cleaning.
Guy #1 either used something that he applied multiple times, or did some buffing or something. Two of my bags came back looking brand new. The third bag did not, but the leather was very dry to begin with.
