The big chill. 13 degrees with a windchill of -10 and I was warm hehe. I wore my Coach sheepy moto boots because of all the ice salt that's down. It's a shoe killer.

I got this one two years ago from Etsy, the same lady I got my Opossum coat from. It was 600 so not too bad, and it's in like new condition.
It's a little big, I think it was a size 10-12, but with that thick sweater it made for a comfortable fit. I like breathing room.

Gucci really did modernize furs. They turned it into a work of art, something that was not seen in decades past, although I could be mistaken.
Yes your right, fur declared your status. Now we have ebay where furs of the past are well affordable, and just about anyone can get their hands on a fur

Way too casual. It's like people are shy to dress up these days. Sometimes I need a break and I will have a casual comfy day, but as a whole Id rather be dressed up, and oh mercy no would I be caught dead without my makeup on lol
Back when I was living in the city id walk my dog in the morning basically just crawled out of bed look, with my glasses on. My neighbor said to me one day "I see your sister walking your dog every morning" she said with a smile. I just paused and thought to myself "I'm an only child". Then it dawned on me, she had no clue that the rat she saw every morning was me without my makeup! LOL That's how different I look without it! ew

I can find them but not in the size I want or for a deal price. I like a little breathing room myself & I don't wear thick sweaters & such under my coats....menopause, you know, You look fabulous in it!! I love your boots & the sweater picks up the tones in the fur!!! Wonderful look!! Good for you on finding such a gorgeous coat at such a great price!!! I wish I had your luck!!!

I always worry about my makeup. I get bronzer on everything, white turtleneck sweaters are the worst. I bought one of those mesh bags to put over your head to protect your clothing while you dress, they really work but I can't see too well while it's on so that is kinda freaky.

Aww I asked our SA about sales, he said the furs won't be going on sale because Gucci plans on auctioning them off sometime in 2018
Do you think he can get a discount on furs for friends and family? I will ask him, that would be great!
He offered to take us out to dinner next time where in NYC though
I keep checking department store websites that sell a few pieces and so far no sales on Gucci furs either.

This one was also a summer find. There are so many more options off season IMO. Down side to that is you have to wait a few months before you can wear it. I show them some love in the mean time by stroking their fur
Yeah I like coats to have some wiggle room. My hot flashes finally subsided (for now), it was two straight months of burning! Every 40 minutes like clock work. Thank goodness I now have a break, I can finally wear sweaters again.

It is a really warm fox, it rivals my Tanuki in warmth. It's very thick and dense
