I love how Burberry is moving away from really conservative, standard looking designs. This one just looks so hip, that I'm surprised to even see the novacheck on it !

Yup, it's patent leather. A really interesting brown, almost green--in a really pretty way. I think the patent detail is what actually makes the bag. They also have it in exotic leathers like crocodile and lizard, but I thought those were too "busy" since the bag already has the check fabric going on.

its different so i like that... im just at the point in my life, just out of college, where i can't really justify spending so much on huge bag purchase because my funds are limited since im just starting out you know... so for me to look at that and see 1300 im like holy shiiiiiiit. i do want a balenciaga and once i set my mind on a color (i change my mind wayyyy too often right now) i will take the plunge and get on a list for one... but for now im working with michael kors, koobas, bcbg, etc.
