I ordered a bunch of stuff for my daughter from them last week, and it just arrived. All the clothes are wrinkled because they were just thrown in a box, mostly all balled up! nothing was folded I will never order from them again.

Has anyone else ordered from them before? How was your experience?

I ordered online from them before. One time it was packed poorly, the box was very cheap quality. But the second time, everything was folded nicely. I just don't like the fact that they don't send you notification when they ship your stuff.

I ordered from them before and mine was packed in a huge ENVELOPE! I was amazed they could fit all 4 pcs into it. It was a free shipping so I guess we shdn't be expecting much. All my clothes were nicely floded but came out wrinkled.

Me either! I kept wondering when I would get a notification so I went to the website to check my order and I saw the status as shipped.

So far my experience with Forever21 has been good. The downside is that they do not notify when they have shipped and they are quite inefficient. They take 1-2 weeks to pull everything together just to ship! Most websites take about 1 week max but Forever21 is otherwise.

The store I live by looks like that. Everything is balled up and on the floor and to get the good stuff you have to ask for the lady to take it down with her stick thing.

that was my experience too..super wrinkly!

My clothes came fine and the jewelry was in a forever21 yellow bag. But the clothing.. there was some kind of odor.. a smell.

Honestly...when you order from clothing online, they may all come from one store and the person who is packing it could careless, therefore they throw it all in a box and have it shipped. It has happened to me before, but not from forever21. I ordered a few shirts from a store and when it arrived, all the clothing was wrinkle and it came from another store in the states. I called them a complained. It's not right for them to do that.
