I always assumed mine was a 55, since it has a strap, but it's actually the Keepall 45 Bandouliere (shows how much I know!)
It's a decent size and actually holds quite a lot, plus it's completely within what you can check on a plane.
I only pack into it what I don't trust to check in and one change of clothes in the event my luggage is lost.
So for me, that size works.
If I wanted to use it as actual luggage, I'd size up.
