The flow runners are comfortable. I tried on a pair of new ones (2.0) that came out and they are lighter then my orginal pair.

I had tried the Flow Runner originals last year on vacation and figured my size to be 37 (I normally run anywhere from 6-7 medium in sneakers, usually 6.5). I didn't buy them then. Went back to my local store today and was surprised the 37 in the same original colorway actually felt just right with no wiggle room (if my feet swell I will be in trouble). So I tried the 38 for kicks, and they have some room to spare. The nylon upper on the 38 was wrinkling due to the larger size, vs the nylon on the 37 was smooth. Needless to say, this threw me for a loop and I ended up walking away empty-handed as I need more time to think about my sizing and whether I'm okay with the wrinkly look. Ugh, first world problems. I am determined to get my Flows eventually!
Of note, the SA did tell me that the new Flows tend to run half a size larger, compared to the originals. FYI for anyone wondering.

Oh that's interesting that they run a half size larger! I'm usually a 7.5 but I decided to buy the 37 because I was worried the 38 would be too large. Got them in black. They fit perfectly although the heel part is rather stiff (to be fair, I'm comparing them to my super soft and lightweight New Balances) They're definitely a bit heavier than my New Balances, maybe on par with a pair of Adidas Sambas weight-wise. Not as much arch support as New Balances but much much better in that department than the Sambas which for my high arches are simply unwearable. I really like them so far, we'll see how they hold up to regular wear.
Hi Friends, I have a few pairs of the original flow runners and I size up in those. I’m noticing that the web info for the flow runner 2.0 says size down. Does anyone have both models to confirm this?

The 2.0 run a little bigger than the original flow runners, so I’d size down. They’re also lighter then the original too.
