Floor Model Discount?

just a side note, sig. legacy shoulder (esp. in ebony/khaki) is very hard to come by, i think a customer came into coach today

wanted it but we didn't carry it

it was not orderable through JAX

and we called nearby stores that said they had it but they didn't

it's a tough call, if there are scratches on the leather, ask if they can moisturize it for you, if it's deep, it will take several times before you see a good difference

full price stores do not mark down floor models...if for some reason it is damaged we will take it off the floor and transfer it to an outlet where they will then discount it.

I second CoachMGR22. I bought a backpack a while back and it was the last one...my impatience prompted me to buy it sans any form of discount.

We do not actually work on commission, it's a very frequently asked question at the store!

Also to the original poster - no discount on floor models in the full price stores. HTH

I thought I had heard SA's work on commission...my bad!
