OMG...and they sent customers emails to tell them how long people are banned? Omg....
How many returns you did? I think I already have a high return times...but I'm done with LV anyway, really don't need more bags from LV, and I'm not very interested in their other items, especially not jewelries because I prefer Cartier and VCA...

Everytime I’ve returned the item I did reorder it again to get one without quality issues. I’ve bought 15 items and returned about 10. which is a lot but some items even twice!

If online can you not just use another email address to sign up again? Or if they match names another household members name?

I think people returning products also has to do with poor quality control in their products recently. The company and SA’s are aware of it too to my knowledge but they have to keep selling.

This is definitely nerve wracking! I was trying to find the “perfect” wallet and ordered 5 over the last month and returned for various reasons. Now I have a Neverfull that just arrived, which I’m debating returning because the boxes are not aligned on the seams.
