If your account is flagged you can always purchase under your husband's account.
I was in the store yesterday and was told my account was flagged for returns. How can I get my account back to good standing and not get banned?!
So if you are in the store and they tell you your account is flagged….does that mean they won’t allow you any purchases? I wonder if it applies to online?
I was in the same situation. and in store I was told that if I make a purchase in store, they need the store manager to approve it. and If I make a purchase online, it most likely will be declined. I was also told that I just need to wait for a month to purchase again.
Yes that was what they said they said they could override it in the store but I didn’t purchase because I was too scared to mess with my account. Did it eventually go away?

It just all depends on the situation. Some bans are a month, some are 24 months, and some are for life.
I had emailed and they said they could not tell me anything via email and I would be sent a letter in the mail. But I also called and they said that I only had 1 flag and there is normally 3 flags you get before you are banned. He said to spread my purchases out 30-60 days and it will clear.
That's good to hear. At least you didn't get 24 months. You'll just have to wait it out. Don't buy more than 6 leather/slgs in a month and 12 a year unless you have a CA that can override the system for you.

It’s also probably because of return and htf items buying. I’ve returned mostly because of bad quality and in Germany we had a big time when all stores where for about over 7-8 months were totally closed so you could only purchase online. If that happens you get a nice email from LV

How many returns you did? I think I already have a high return times...but I'm done with LV anyway, really don't need more bags from LV, and I'm not very interested in their other items, especially not jewelries because I prefer Cartier and VCA...
