My first Rolex was a Christmas gift from my husband when I was 30. It was a ladies 18k President, and I was floored. We'd just moved into the house we'd raise our son in, and I wasn't expecting so much as a frying pan.

He bought it with his first decent sized bonus. That was 32 years ago. I recently gave it to my very beloved niece for Christmas.

My dad bought me my first Rolex when I was in high school... around 15 at the time. It's the Lady's Datejust 26mm in steel/yellow gold, with gold jubilee design set with diamonds. The design is timeless, and I'm still wearing it to this date.
