that said, this particular style is very nice and IMO age appropriate.. IMO it's more about the style of the watch than the fact that it's a rolex.

So if you can easily afford it (or someone special wants to gift it to you), get it and enjoy it!



i have a fear of losing watches...i take mine off whenever i type at a desk. do you ladies do this?
 
I got mine last month. I thought it would be a nice and early birthday present for myself when I turn 34 this April. I paid mostly myself and my grandma chipped in with the rest.

No, I only take mine off when I'm about to have a shower. Hence the minor scratches I have everywhere in my band :D
 
My parents gave me my rolex when I was 20. I have since bought other watches for myself (eg AP, GP, Franck Mueller, Zenith etc) in the last 15 years but the rolex is still my everyday watch!
