Omg you are not for real? I admire you for doing all that! I need to start taking better care of my bags! I dont even know what condition it means?

Anyway, your bag looks perfect... obviously it is possible to keep the bag in greaty condition for a long time! (Even if your routine sounds like way more than I would be able to keep up with myself, haha)

Thanks for the picture!
I learned all these things by reading posts on this forum haha. I am not rich and I save to buy a lot of my handbags so I try to take care of it as much as I can for the sake of longevity. I clean it once a month and I condition every other month maybe every quarter. Chanel recommends either apple guard or collonil, I can’t remember. But the leather cleaner has saved so many of my bags. Even from color tranfers. I think it has been a great investment. I do recommend this routine to everyone:-). I don’t own a lot of bags so it is not an arduous process. It is worth it!!!!!

The Gucci soho disco is my go to bag and gets carried the most among my entire collection. So cute and easy to use; it's casual but will elevate your outfit.

However, I have to warn you that it's very prone to color transfer and the tassel frays easily. I'll admit to using and abusing the soho disco, but for the price I still expected better quality.

That said, I still love it to bits and think that it should be a staple in everyone's wardrobe.

I always reach for this bag on the weekends. I wasn’t amazingly in love with this bag when I first purchased it, but it has definitely become one of my favorites and most used. The pebbled leather stands up to wear and tear really well, and I use it way more than any other bag.

Yeah, you can really learn a lot from being on here! I will take your advice and look up what would be a good way to take care of my particular bags! Where do you find apple guard and collonoil? Which is a cleaner and which is a conditioner? I don't have any Chanels (yet -hopefully soon!), but a few non-designer leather bags that I want to be careful with for sentimental reasons! I still only have a few designer/contemporary designer bags, of various sorts though (a saffiano from MK, a canvas from Gucci and a suede Chloé one - and hopefully soon a leather one from Celine or/and Chanel, those are next on my wish list! And then I would like a Gucci leather one too! Possibly the Disco!), but as you say, it should not be too much of a job! I am a student myself so I really have to save a lot to even think about buying, so if it makes them last longer - it will definitely be worth it! Thank you so much for the tips!

I will take pictures and post here. I got this info from the forums here and also utube videos that were aligned with the info provided by others. Side note, I was advised by several ppl including the LV SA not to treat the empreinte leather.

There you go. It is actually Cadillac that I have been using to clean. I used apple guard in the past. I use the collonil to condition the vachetta leather on my Neverfull DA straps only ( i do not let it touch the canvas) and it has been aging beautifully!!! I also use on other leather handbags and shoes to avoid cracking. I use collonil Carbon Pro on clean lighted colored bags to avoid color transfers and staining on leather only. You gotta always read the instructions and test on a small area to make sure it is safe
