Finally got my new Coach eyeglasses today!!!!

They are fabulous! I don't even need glasses and I want them! I do have a few pairs of Coach sunglasses that I positively love! Enjoy your new specs!It took over a month but was well worth the wait! This is my FOURTH pair of Coach eyeglasses.....LOVE their frames!!!! At first, the optical store sold me the same frame, but they were too small to wear with progressive lenses. You would think an optical store would know that!!!! But, they sold them to me anyway and when I told them I couldnt read with them, they acted like I was crazy.....so my eye Dr told me to go back and order the next size up. So, I did LOL This store absolutely LOVES me (can you hear my sarcasm????!!!!) Anyway, they had to order the frames from Coach, then the frames came in, I had to go back to the eyeglass store and get new measurements and then my lenses had to be made. I get progressives/transitions (to sunglasses), antiglare, scratch resistant, etc so it took another week......I was SO excited to get the phone call today that they were ready....finally!!!! Here is a pic I borrowed from online. They are the Coach Teodora frame in gunmetal. I LOVE them!!!!! Could not wait to share my excitement with my Coachies!!

So.....I wore my new eyeglasses to work today! The purse haters asked me why I would spend so much money on eyeglasses just b/c they have a name stamped on the sides of them and they would NEVER do that. OK.....fine...... the purse lovers LOVED my eyeglasses and kept complimenting me, making the purse haters WORSE!!!! the Dr told me in order to get used to wearing progressive lenses I should wear my eyeglasses as much as possible, so I am thinking of wearing them again tomorrow....what do you all think? I am seeing blurry if I turn my head too fast, which is normal as I adjust to them, but I dont want to "add fuel to the fire" if you know what I mean!!!!

I tried progressive lenses for 2 weeks a few years ago but after hitting things with the car while trying to park it in the garage I got rid of them. I'm TOO used to seeing the same type of distance with ALL of my lens to have to adjust to the special section of the lens where the focus shifts to closer. Maybe another time...
Those are lovely and they last forever... I had my Coach glasses for 5 years I just change out the leases.. They were alway like new...

WOW....I am only on day 2 and I am having alot of problems....this morning I was looking at a spreadsheet and it was VERY blurry...then I looked up to my computer a bit too fast and got dizzy......toward the end of the day I was doing better though but this is taking longer than I though to adjust to....I figured you just put them on and see!

Thank you! One of my pairs is 4 years old....I LOVE Coach frames b/c they last forever!!!!! and I agree....switch out the lenses and you have brand new glasses! Which model did you buy?
