Finally Got My Courtenay

So glad Coach was quick to resolve the issue!
I remember my Sabrina bag that my Hubby got me for Christmas - I found a pen and business cards in the zipper pocket. The SRs at the store should have caught that.

Glad your getting a new one! I got a nice black Courtenay ; New..on FOS...don't they look at the bags before they send them to someone? Crazy!
