I know Coach has sent out returned items. I don't know if they ship out floor samples from the shops as well? For the price they ask, the bag should be in perfect condition.
I hope you get a perfect tote! Field tote certainly is a keeper in any size!

Well this gives me hope if they are at the outlet because maybe it’s the old inventory. Yes please let me know if you have a pouch. Also if you don’t mind me asking, how much at the outlet?

I bought the same bag from Macy’s with no pouch.

I don't think the reg size come with pouch. But I'm not sure. My 40s do

the new version like I own ( one from outlet) does not come with pouch
