New to me Fendi mini 3jours.
I had bought this pink bag before years ago, returned it and kept a red version.

So disappointed. I bought this Fendi first from the Fendi website and it arrived obviously used/damaged. Not impressed with their quality control. Look at this scuff!

Yes! I love the color and the silver hardware. Needless to say, it's going back.

I think this part of the bag is particularly susceptible because mine got a scratch there after only ~10 times of wearing it. It’s an unfortunate location for a scratch, too.

This had to be seen when it was shipped out. Hopefully you get a quick resolution to this issue.
