Make sure you test the shoulder handles on people with sloping shoulders. Overall, I find rolled handles tend to slip off shoulders more than flat straps but it all depends on the design. One of my favourite totes has rolled handles and they stay on perfectly.

The bag looks great, it's simple and classic and I could see many types of people carrying this. I love the logo, too. Maybe gold-toned hardware would look nicer against the warm-toned leather?

Thank you so much for your feedback!! Our next prototype has flat straps so let's see how that turns out.. Though aesthetically I'm biased towards rolled straps. But of course this is meant to be a work bag so comfort is critical. Would you mind sharing a picture of the tote you are mentioning? Really appreciate your feedback!!

Hello everyone!! Thank you so much for the feedback you shared on the work tote design I shared last.. We have incorporated the feedback in our revised tote. Some of you were concerned about the comfort of the handles and them slipping off, as well as their fit with a coat. We have experimented with flat adjustable handles, could you let me know which one you prefer(please ignore the design of the adjustable buckle 😁)? Also, would your decision change if a long adjustable and detachable messenger strap was also offered? As always, any other comments, especially on the colour of the tote (Roast) which will also be offered alongside Tan, will be highly appreciated!! 😃

I think the new, flat handles look better. I find flat handles to be way more comfortable, and they look more sleek too. The fact that they're adjustable is a huge plus!

I agree 100% Love the flat handles and the fact they are adjustable.
If one could also remove completely the handles to wear it with a longer strap, it would be perfect.
