Don’t kill me, but in the winter I mainly wear fur (it is very cold where I am), so crossbody is def out of the question. I often wear Birkin 35 or bolide 35, anything with longer handles so if I am carrying a lot, I can use the elbow to carry them too, so the handles have to be big enough to allow chunky coat sleeves to fit. In addition, with the scarf, hat, and often times gloves, I need more room than I do in the summer. Lastly, personally I think it looks more appropriate to wear a big coat with a big bag, otherwise if one wears a fur and a small bag, it might look a bit too formal for my liking, especially during the day.
