if you watched her during the beginning episodes of 16 & Pregnant (not Teen Mom), I actually thought she was really pretty dressed down, with no plastic surgery way back when she was going to culinary school at community college. The first few episodes make you realize that she really was a pretty girl, in my opinion anyways, but 1. her attitude/personality/behavior make her ugly, and 2. all that plastic surgery makes her look totally creepy and ugly.
