But the 23-year-old reality star has made a splendid recovery from her duck face disaster, showing off her pleasantly plump lips at an adult entertainment expo in Las Vegas on Thursday.

She is so vapid and insufferable. I just had the misfortune of watching her on The Doctors, and she mentioned she may still want to go back in for the lip implant that nearly wrecked her face. If that weren't bad enough, she also wants a butt implant.

Farrah Abraham Is Returning to Teen Mom -- and Costars Are Not Happy
Shes ba-aack! Farrah Abraham is returning to the MTV series that got her started, Teen Mom, Us Weekly exclusively reveals. The author and adult film star, 23, spoke with Us about her decision to rejoin Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell, and Maci Bookout for the spinoff series Teen Mom OG (OG stands for "original girls").
Theres going to be lots of excitement from the Teen Mom fans and MTVs fan base as well, so Im excited to be back! the mother of 5-year-old Sophia said.
Producers reached out to Abraham after seeing footage featuring the three cast members who had been asked back. We had shot a couple of story lines, creator Lauren Dolgen tells Us, and there is something about having that fourth story to counterbalance theres just a magic to four stories and four different points of view.
Adds Abraham: I think they were more or less saying that there was more to my story that they really felt was missing from the Teen Mom show, and I totally agree with them. I understand their point of view, and it was a funny situation to be in.
While Dolgen said Abraham was pretty cool with the initial snub and very open to returning, the other Teen Moms werent as okay with the change. [They] know that she's coming back," Dolgen says, "and it did create a little bit of controversy that will play out in the series."
Its no secret that Abraham is on the outs with the reality shows other stars. She got into a televised fight with Lowell, 22, on the reunion of VH1s Couples Therapy. When asked if they had made up, Abraham replied, I mean from what I know, from what theyve led me to believe. So I wish [Catelynn and Tyler] all the best with their new child and all those type of things.
Lowell and her longtime boyfriend Tyler Baltierra welcomed their second daughter Novalee Reign on New Years Day after placing their first daughter Carly for adoption on the show. In general, Abraham wants to put cast feuds behind her.
Im just hoping that [the cast is] better off, and theyre doing well because I know personally Im providing for my daughter, making my future as best as I can as well, she said.
Taking care of Sophia was the No. 1 factor in Abrahams decision to sign up for Teen Mom.
I think it was important because I mean just weighing out the options and my future for my daughter, the current Austin, Texas resident said. I think Teen Mom is important for the children and their futures. And I think it holds some good opportunities for Sophia and her future.
And though shell be appearing on a more family-oriented show, Abraham, who penned an erotic novel and recently launched a line of sex toys, wont be changing her behavior for the Teen Mom audience.
Im not doing anything differently that I would not do when the cameras are there or not there, she said. I mean, I dont know if it really benefits me to be on TV because I was most successful in my career when I was away from Teen Mom. So if it benefits me then thats randomly benefitting. Im more or less looking at it to benefit Sophia.
