In Touch reports that Abraham had a second boob job on May 31, which is her fourth cosmetic surgery in less than three years. This time, Abraham wanted to upgrade her saline implants to silicone ones because the saline ones "felt like water balloons."

"I look more natural. I want to look my best," says Abraham. "And I'm looking amazing."

Her surgeries have been performed by Dr. Finkle in Omaha, Neb., where she has undergone two breast augmentations, a nose job and a chin implant. And she may not be done.

"What if I have a freak accident and I need something fixed, or if age gets to me, or if I have more children and want a 'mommy makeover'?" says Abraham. But she draws the line at "porn-star status" boob implants. "I'm very realistic about keeping myself looking natural."

Abraham adds, "I don't think I've done too much surgery at a young age. I'm looking amazing," though she does admit "there's definitely some pain" involved.

Maybe these new boobs will help her out int he Charlie Sheen department. According to TMZ, the two have been exchanging text messages, with Farrah proposing coffee and Sheen responding, "Coffee is for amateurs and grandma ... would love to get together."

Who in their right mind would pay to have this done to them? This is where all her money is gonna go to, plastic procedures! She´s only 22 can´t imagine the work she will have done by the time she hits 30 or 40!

Let's not forget the fact that you can actually SEE her vagina through her bikini bottoms in some pics. This thread makes me wanna hurl. Say what you will about Kim K.. this chick takes gross to a whole 'nother level.
