I would say the bag is better suited for the weekend. It is plenty big enough for what I carry to work but I commute to NYC and wouldn't chance a subway smudge on that beige suede interior. Plus, it is heavy, even without anything in it, I think one poster said its about 3 pounds, thats a lot empty. With it filled with daily necessities, it can get close to 8 pounds or more. that's heavy for everyday. But when you get yours, you decide. What color did you get?

What you say makes sense. I ordered the mineral. I loved the bag from the first time I saw a picture of it last year. I received a Coach Ace handbag a few weeks ago as a gift, but the opening just wasn't functional for me so I returned it and ordered this after seeing how beautiful your mineral color was! ☺
