Stopped into one of the boutiques with nicest SA and manager. SA made it sound like that may be the case. They cannot use employee discount.

I talked to a store manager today who said that the Rogue will be excluded from all future PCE promotions.
Makes me really happy that I got one at the last PCE. I wouldn't pay regular price for it....

I guess I'm definitely keeping the black with python rogue then. It works out with the 30% off I got to just being slightly more expensive than the new black leather one at full price that will come out soon.

Alas, One will have to be wnough- Rogue will also be excluded from all my future purchases. Besides, knowing how often they then change their tune, plenty of us could hold out for a good L O N G time.

Unfortunately, I'll have to skip on the new Rogues altogether then, since what I'm interested is the large size. The price won't be pretty without a discount...

Bummer! Makes me glad I got one at the last minute. Here's hoping they change their minds like in the past. If they don't, I'll be spending my mother's day /birthday $ elsewhere....
Me neither; as much as I love the new Rogue styles coming out in the next couple of months. I wonder if they will sell as fast without the PCEs.Makes me really happy that I got one at the last PCE. I wouldn't pay regular price for it....
Same here; the large size is a whopping $995; it doesn't make sense to get it without a promotion. I wonder if some of the Rogue styles will be carried in department stores. Sometimes, that happens with the larger size bags that come out after the initial introduction of the bag.

No way will I get one without a promotion. With tax, that's far too much money. Then again, Coach often changes positions.
I saw it happen with some of the large boroughs. I was nuts over that bag and ended up getting it with some kind of a promotion, but once it hit the department stores and the outlets, they had these much better deals. In the beginning, Coach said the same thing- it's a limited edition, will sell out quickly, won't be available for promotions or in department stores and there were all kinds of sales out there on those bags.
