@shillinggirl88 Is the duffle glovetanned pebble leather? Description just says natural pebble leather, but I swear on saw one with the glovetanned leather stamp on the bottom. I'm so tempted to get the smaller one. These see like great carefree bags.
Hi. Sorry not at home but it does have stamp on bottom and I'm sure it says Glovetanned. It smells so yummy!!!!

Question...is anyone getting any of the new fall stuff with the promo discount? I saw the list of exclusions (signature, charlie, parker, etc) but nothing specific to the new bags that are on the shelves in the store. Why put the stuff for fall out now if everything is excluded. SMH...
I tried bedford in evergreen and it was a no go. It worked on the sequins pouch and Jasper duffle though. I totally agree about all the frustration with the exclusions.
A local store that I frequent a lot would not apply the discount on the studded camera bag that I had to have after seeing yours. I was disappointed but it was not in a floor set so I get it. However, I then called CS & they applied the discount without me ever even bringing it up. It should arrive tomorrow! Today I went in to check on the black tote 34 & was told no. It has been on the shelves for weeks in that store. I'm gonna try my luck with CS on that one tomorrow. I just wish there was some consistency.

Well that is just absurd! Why is the store denying the discount, but CS is allowing it? Inconsistency drives me nuts too.
Yes that is crazy! I just tried the tote online and discount doesn't apply either. It's been out for weeks and not on the exclusions list. What the heck. I'm glad CS discounted the camera bag for you. It sounds like they have more flexibility.
I know last night my SA was having trouble applying the discount to a backordered item. She was waiting to hear back from support. She said worse case is she would ring at her register on the 22nd (backorder date) where she wouldn't have any trouble adding the discount. She said plenty of units available so no worries on it selling out. So sounds like if it's at JAX the JAX CS has the ability to apply discount like my SA would at her register.

How frustrating but not surprised with Coach. They are continually inconsistent. It's funny though I thought that the store level they were usually more flexible about those discounts.
Interesting, I tried dinky 19 in evergreen, Edie 42 in evergreen = not eligible for discount, but Jasper quilted camera bag, Jasper duffle and gray rivets duffle that just hit the site yesterday are included. Coach sure knows how to confuse us.
