I love that Black Cherry suede Scout Hobo. Am I dreaming or somebody said that it will come in Navy suede as well? If it comes in Navy, it will be mine.

Got another pic of that new pouch style. I think this is a larger version, in black/oxblood.

Also, this scout in purple ... with python handles? Was that out before? I think it's glove-tanned leather, isn't it? I mean it's not pebbled, and doesn't look stiff like crossgrain/saffiano/whatever. Had they done scout in glove-tanned and I missed it?

The scout looks nice, generally not a snake fan but done in small doses it can dress up/detail a bag well. Wonder if its calf leather?

I see a picture on the Fall Winter catalog of a Swagger 27 in Metallic Black Cherry. Yet they only have the mini online. I checked Japan an China to see if an Asian exclusive but not there either. Anyone have info about this bag, style number, when it will come out??


I have see bags in Coach catalogs before that never get released to public, hoping this is not one but it does not make sense to release at a different time than all the other metallic Black Cherry

Hi, I saw this bag in the "mini" (20) size at my Coach store a few days ago. I did not see a Swagger 27 in this color. I don't know if the 27 will be released, but I didn't ask about it. The Metallic Black Cherry "mini" is an adorable bag, but way too tiny for my needs. The 27 would be a perfect size. However, the Coach store that I frequent had a huge selection of the new Fall bags, and I think that if there was a size 27 in the M.C., it would have been there.

Try calling/emailing Coach CS to see what they say. Perhaps you could include the picture.

I saw today first time Ace and Nomad at Macys. I had planned to get Nomad with F&F but I was surprised how much I liked Ace. It's smaller than I thought it would be and Burgundy is such a beautiful color and I kept coming back to it. I don't know yet which one I like better but Ace definitely impressed irl.

I think the top one, the black with the burgandy edgepaint, is a 75th anniversary issue. I just got off the phone with an SA who's going to 'size up' the larger size Shadow for me so maybe I can determine if it will be large enough for me to use. I also asked about the bag you posted and they have pictures on the computer and are going to send me more information on them, the size, colors, style number, etc. later on this afternoon.

I think I would want Ace more. Nomad would be more of an unnecessary luxury for me and burgundy Ace would be more like a bag to fill a niche. However I would probably find excuses to wear nomad more. So.... I will probably get both or neither. Or wait to see what shows up on FOS.

Today I am leaning toward both if I can get 30% off. Need to visit them again.

For some reason, ace reminds me of AW Rockie even though they don't have much in common. I've been intrigued by Rockie for some time but have never pulled the trigger. Ace would mitigate the desire for a rockie and the style suits me more.

The green nomad is just cool.

I agree the Ace is much smaller in person, funny though i had the opposite i was all excited to see the Ace but liked the Nomad better, both really though are nice bags, good job Coach!
