A store near me has oxblood but SA said it's already sold out from the warehouse but some stores might still have them. I wonder if they are replenishing in November?

Not sure if the SA at the Mall of America store knew what she was talking about. But she told me on Sunday they should be getting Oxblood in a few days...which meant sometime this week. But maybe it is already sold out.
I would think they will replenish any colors that sell out since they are just arriving at stores. Or maybe the system is not fully updated yet since they are so new. She said the stores still had all of the colors in stock but just the warehouse was showing low quantities for several colors. The new bags for Fall seem really nice!

I just got this bag today! Let me preface by saying I LOVE the look of the rip & repair line. I originally bought the Shadow crossbody but returned as it was just too small & I didn't care for the way it closed. When this came today, I immediately ripped it open (no pun intended)! I really like it. Great organization & pockets galore. Outside back slip (not zip) pocket that goes the length of the entire back. I was able to fit all my normal stuff (full length trifold wallet, makeup case, tissue pack, keys, ofc ID badge, keys & Samsung S5 phone) & I had room to spare. The orange was brighter than I anticipated but its not off-putting. That parts is pebbled and goes along the sides & underneath. The black is the glove tanned & very smooth & goes up & over the entire back. While its fresh out of the box so I havent done a real day test yet, the only negative I immediately didnt like was the long stitch that literally sticks out about 2" on the front. I realize its part of the design but it appears like a flaw rather than a design element. That wont be a dealbreaker for me if the bag ends up working for me, but I may try & find a way to shorten it or secure it so it doesnt spring out.
I will be very anxious to see what you think. There is a larger version in B&W that is very cool but not for me at this time. Hope this helps!

Thanks for this great info. I thought this size would be ideal since it is pretty much the same size as the regular Dakotah (which I love). I am now concerned that the ginger part is too orangey (don't want a Halloween look, LOL). And that stitch in the front -- good idea to shorten it. The larger black and white one might be too big for me plus the black/white combo is a bit more formal to me. Thanks again for your review. I look forward to getting mine next week.

Yes, thank you! I really love the look of this bag. I like the size of black and white one, but I can't see myself getting a bag with a white bottom. It will be brown in a week!

Yes, if you like the Dakotah you will like this. I have the Dakotah but prefer a top handle (easy grab & go) so this fits the bill. I showed my husband the site photos & then the actual bag & he feels the color is pretty spot on & does not look like something for Halloween...he's one of the most honest people I know when it comes to providing feedback so I think youll be happy.
