Thank you so much! I guess it must be really chaotic in there. Got someone to transfer my call, and dialed the extension after that for two more times, and it just said "the extension ____ is not available".

Coach at Macy's does not seem to have an extension where the operator can transfer you to. Pick another handbag extension like Michael Kors or Dooney and ask a sales associate to transfer you to Coach handbag dept. the Macy's NYC number is 212-695-4400. Try again. Good luck

Thank you! I tried both places-MK wasn't answering, and D&B just disconnects my call after like 10 seconds or so. Guess it wasn't meant to be...

Hi! By any chance were there any Ace satchels at Macy's? I haven't seen them yet, but I live in a rural area. Or any of the butterscotch NoMad hobos? Thanks so much! :)

Macy's Herald Square has the nomad hobo in butterscotch, saddle, racing green, black, saddle, oxblood and black cherry. They have the Ace satchel in navy, racing green and wine. If there is a Macy's by you check later this week to see if they have them in stock.
