I'm so trying not to buy that satchel and stick with the 2 bags I've bought and saved for fall. I am going to get some if the oil slick looking accessories when they come though!! [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]
Thank you ladies. I love everything about the bag! It's very difficult to capture the color

What higher quality leather would you want? Isn't glove-tanned similar to the wonderful full-grain Coach leathers of the past? Do you think it should be lambskin or deerskin?

I didn't know the Ace Satchel was out already. I was just at a boutique today. The Salesperson showed me the book. I thought they didn't have the book anymore. It wasn't red though.
I saw a metallic green ace that I liked so I'm going to start saving. I hope I get to see it in person. I hope there is a PCE.
Also, the store I visited changed the look of the store. It is just way too dark and ordinary in there. The salesperson said it looked nicer but I disagreed with her. I liked the bright lights. The bags popped more. I really was eager to leave the dreary store.
I love the look of the Ace satchel. I just think the price is steep for Glove tan leather. I expect a higher quality leather for $595. I also don't think the bag is big enough for that price. The Rhyder satchel from last fall was bigger and cost less ($495).

Hi. I'm not saying Glove Tan leather isn't nice. I own several vintage Coach bags made of Globe tanned leather. I'm only saying that I believe the price point is high for glove tanned leather. If the Ace satchel
Is offered with PCE or at Macy's on sale I may buy it because I do like it a lot. That is just my opinion.
