Fake Coach at my Macy's

When speaking to the SA she informed me that she specialized in Dooney and Burke and wasn't familiar with the other brands. How scary is that??!! But the manager could tell it was a fake. You would think $$$ amount would require a manager approval for returns. I went ahead a wrote a letter to the corporate office relaying my concern that as a consumer I rely on Macy's for the authenticity of their products. The purse was almost $350.
I was on the up escalator when I noticed the fake out of the corner of my eye. Had to make a u-turn to the down escalator to get a better look at it.
Last fall while walking through Macy's , this one used to be a Kaufmann's dept. store,
I saw two fake Coach bags. One was a Carly and I don't remember the other one , but both were fake. This store only carries D&B , no Coach, so I guess they took them back as a return. I sure hope nobody purchased them thinking they were real.
I wanted to call it to the SA 's attention but as usual nobody was working in the department.

What is scary with this trend is if someone unknowingly buys a fake Coach from the dept. store then decides to return it for some other reason. There is a possibility that another SA will take care of the return and discover it's a fake and then accuse the buyer of trying to return a fake Coach.
This is exactly why COACH should be worried about all the websites carrying fake COACH and not about the people buying and reselling key fobs, I MEAN SERIOUSLY.

There was a tag but you can buy one of those tag guns cheaply especially on ebay for around $6. I think someone bought the real purse then place the tag on a fake and returned it with a receipt.
