I just collected my items last Monday and noticed there's an issue with the lining of my illusion PO. My SA suggested a repair or a refund, so I'll go for a repair and see how it turns out. I'm sure you could request a repair and see what they say.

Are you talking about both sides are not equal/symmetry?
If so you don’t have to return as they are like that, even the Watercolor keepall keyrings are like that

Yes that’s what worried me. The overall shape and quality is still good but if you took pictures of both sides they are not equal. But ok thank you! First day using it as a key holder and it looks better stuffed also!

I couldn’t really see it until you mentioned it. I reckon it looks gorgeous and is a stunning piece! I guess also because it’s hand made and also such a small piece this can happen. As long as the leather and embossing is great, quality is fine I wouldn’t worry too much abt the side alignment. It looks great! Enjoy your little cutie! :hbeat: :love:
