Fabulous February 2022 Purchases!

What a day in the world. Our European members, hope you all remain safe during this unstable horrifying time

For now as I watch the news, here are my February purchases. They bring me happiness in a small way. I was surprised that I fell in love with the leather NF, MPA and Cles, but something about black and pink always gets me. I’m not really buying LV leather anymore, as the recent price increases are ridiculous and nothing but over the top profit-taking with variable quality, and as they will never be H quality, but couldn’t resist this triplet! I’m not planning anymore LV purchases for awhile, but wanted to post these. I do keep waiting for the summer canvas HD pics, but have the feeling I will be disappointed. Here’s to hoping for some nice surprises, as purple is my favorite color! And soon March purchases will be coming (along with spring here, can’t wait to see everyone’s beauties).

I know, it is a horrible sad and scary day. Even though most of us will never meet, the connection and warmth of an international forum where we share a love of beautiful things can be such a human source of support. We can all use that!

And I did hope the pic of the empreinte b&w summer NF with pink will expand to show all cw and pieces soon.

I like your words. that is what I think too. we sometimes talk on this forum about serious matters because even if we have the chance to talk about unimportant things sometimes we are all concerned with the worst.

On a brighter note, such a beautiful collection for February, and LOVE how the Aerogram Cles looks with your other purchases!! I tried the Aerogram Cles in store and yes it was so tempting.. couldn't decide between orange or black so left with neither for now

Been stalking the LV website for a while and finally got the PA in mono. Right before the PI!

Also received the Nano Speedy. Love the treated leather but mine looks a little wonky on the sides and there is a tiny bit of thread already sticking out. I'm I nitpicking or is this normal?

Thank you bbcerisette66. We all have full lives outside of the forum, and world events affect so many. Tpf is a comforting place to visit and enjoy for awhile before jumping back into reality.

Finally was able to take possession of my Monogram Brazza wallet today! And it’s my first “Made in France” piece. (I think my Pocket Organizer and Key Cles are Made in USA)

I managed to finally find a large ring Agenda! I couldn't find the monogram GM or the inserts anywhere (Sold out worldwide according to my SA) but I'm very happy with this!

Silly me. Thought the price increase was a bluff. Now what to do? Should I still get the Pochette Metis in black empreinte?

Yup....same dilemma. Except I wanted the PM in reverse mono. Got on the waitlist and was called 4 days after the PI. Conveniently timed was all I could say.....but I jumped on it, even though I had panic bought the Odeon MM day before the PI. Now the question is, do I need 2 new LV at the same time.
