RDC: :wtf::tdown: I was joking on my previous post but I didn't expect to hear that the Planet has been faked.

I remember in one of atelier naff's last posts, LP posted pics of fake Besaces and Purses and Afternoon bags, which aren't that popular. So I guess you're very right, they'll fake anything and everything they can. Boo! :mad:

Deco:heart: - thank you for taking the time to post this! Some fakes are just so good, I think we all could use a refresher-course on how to tell them apart.

bags4fun - I'm sure your MU clutch is authentic if you bought it at Saks. Also, more recent MU models have the regular-size tassles (not sure exactly when this started happening)

It's really scary how close the fake MU is to the real thing. The front of the tag is obviously different, but the back of the tag looks almost exactly the same as the real one. This thread is a really good reminder to always be extra careful when buying anything on ebay and always ask for clear pics of all the details :yes:

no, only the MU clutches from 04 had the thin tassels, and every superfake MU clutch I've seen claims to be from 04. MU clutches from 05 and later had regular width tassles, so your violet is fine. :yes:

oops. just saw that slinkies :heart: already answered it. My guess is that they went to normal size in 05 because my 05 Magenta MU has normal tassels.
