It isn't, poro is more.Oh that's interesting. I always thought matte to be more expensive. As for gator, Idk but am truly surprised to see it equal priced to nilo. Shocked really.

Do you know, if a 35cm Himalayan Birkin would be more expensive than that?In mid 2014 B 35 Poro shiny was USD 47800, if my memory serves me right. 😁😁

2013 quoteHimalayan last year was $48500, I believe they haven't increased price this year??!!
If I recall correctly, a 30 was just under US $50K...$49800 I think? Can't remember exactly.
Exact quote for a 35 Poro Shiny as of today's date in the US is $61,700. Matte is definitely more, but I don't know exactly how much they have gone up since the last price increase.
I don't know if the Himalayan is more but as a general rule, different colors don't vary in price. And if they make Himalayans in Nilo (I think I remember seeing one at one point?), that would probably make it less expensive than a Poro in a solid color.
Not to discount how expensive they were in the first place, but it is truly crazy how much they've doubled in price in just a few years!

Sorry to dredge this up but this is why I thought matte cost more shiny. I was afraid I was going bonkers for a sec cuz I could have sworn I read and heard such. Anyhow glad that debate is over. Before tax:
30cm matte Nilo Croc Birkin $30,100
30cm shiny Nilo Croc Birkin $28,900

I think a couple years back there's difference in matte and shiny croc, but since now the demand had increased sooooo much, H will just jacked up all the prices and there'll still be tons of followers willing to pay for it.
Ah so they're evenly priced these days? You know that as a fact? That's interesting. Oh well, lol its hermes.
As far as I know, matte is still more than shiny - and I was told this just several days ago by a SA.
It has to do with the ability of making sure the skins are perfect and it is harder to do that with matte. The process that's used to get the Croc shiny hides small imperfections.
