I've been wanting a 32cm red ostrich Plume for years, but my SA tells me Hermes doesn't accept orders for ostrich bags that large anymore. Every year they swear to me that they requested a special order 32cm red ostrich Plume for me, and every year Hermes cancels it because they'd rather make 2 little bags than one bigger bag. Sadness.
