omg the shopintuition ones are even worst since they look more like the spy and b bag than the aldo ones. I know there are tons of imitations out there blah blah blah and as long as i know mine is real all the other purse lovers can tell too. But i can't deny this really annoys me. I've had girls come up to me and ask is that real? and i just look at thhem like wtf? ofcourse its real. I've even had girls wearing fake shoes, fake bags tell me i love your bag where did you get it? how much? I'm really really not stuck up but when you spend thousands of dollars on purses or on a purse you want it to be recognized, rare, and unique.
i'm i wrong?

i totally agree, moe. i don't know what else to say about those terrible knockoffs except :sick: . what a shame.

I totally agree that the aldo bag is gross, but it's hard to tell where to draw the line on inspired bags. I have a BR Bloomsbury that's obviously inspired by MJ, but no one would ever mistake it for MJ and I like it a lot. J Crew is selling "Jane" bags now that have the look of a Speedy done in glove leather and I like those too. But, again, no one would ever think you're sporting a LV or trying to. So I guess it's hard to determined what's "inspired" and what's tacky...

I know it's bad, but there are people out there who seriously can't afford some of the beautiful designer bags, and it's a way for them to get in on the trend.

I think this forum is turning me into a serious snob.:laugh: I saw a woman carrying a fake Spy today and I almost had a physical reaction.:sick: Seeing that bag made me feel so...violated.:shame:

I understand that some people can't afford designer bags but there are tons of other designers who make nice bags at affordable prices.... when i was younger i couldn't afford designer bags so i bought cheap purses that have its own style nothing too wild just plain black or brown. but no imitations ever ever!!!!
