Today i have seen a first in blue india..is really like the bowling that Amour has posted.. .. it is a colour between sky blue 05 and turquoise 05 .. i have to say that i don't like it, it is not bright as turquoise and not pastel as sky blue

i have to agree with you, lb. i'm not really feeling the color either. it's a bit dull for me. then again, i'm usually into the bright, bold colors. but, different strokes for different folks. if those that bought it... love it that's all that matters!

that said... i would vote for the day!

I wonder if the colors will vary. I got 2 '06 rouge City bags and they are very different. The first one is brighter, a true fire engine red. The one from the second shipment at BNY is is a little more like the Rouge Theater. There is a very obvious difference. Maybe that will be the case with blue India. *crossing my fingers* because I am so not a blue bag lover, but I thought this one was really pretty.:confused1:
Oh well, if we don't like it, the Spring colors sound interesting. :yes:

I am the #1 on the Nordstrom list for Blue Grey. I am DYING to see what this color really looks like. I hope it's a deeper green-blue than that bowler, though. I took my name off at BalNY because I might need to return it if the color is too pale. Geez...we have waited SO long to see this bag! I wish it would just ARRIVE already! Looking forward to the pics next Wednesday!!!

UPDATE from Nordstrom: the "official" arrival date is October 13th for the City and the Part Time. There is a waiting list. According to my SA (who is AWESOME, by the way!) when you put both bags together, the PT is 3/4" shorter (height-wise) than the City, and about 2 1/4" longer (length-wise). I am still on the fence...I guess if one comes in with better color and leather than the other I will let that be the deciding factor.

Does anyone know if legal files will fit in the City?

The City is slightly too small for the legal files- they sorta bend on the edges. A colleague of mine has a WORK and it that fits them perfectly.

It's not your computer. They look different on mine too. Some look deep, almost turquoise, others pale blue, others a dusty blue, so who knows? I guess when they finally get them in....sigh... we will know for sure. I took several pictures of my 2 rouge bags. They are decidely different in color with the naked eye, but hard to capture the difference with a camera. I took pictures outside, inside no flash, inside flash, shade, sun.....:nuts: and only one sort of showed the difference.
