Hi all! I just got a used Hermes Ulysse MM Notebook and I am looking for the snap ruler/binder part so I can put in another 16-ring notebook rather than spend $75 for the Hermes refill.

Does anyone know where I could get one? I don't need the paper just the snap ruler/binder part. I looked for used MM refills and I tried using all sorts of different keywords in my search but can't find the Hermes snap ruler/binder piece to fit in my Ulysse.

I bought one insert from H just for the plastic snap portion, and then I continue to fill my Ulysse with non H inserts. Been doing this for 15 years. Would recommend you just buy one insert and save yourself the struggle of trying to find an aftermarket one.

I still haven’t found good non H alternatives for agenda and notebook, can someone pls tell me what they use? I find it hard to spend 50/70 € on refills

Not sure which notebook you are referring to exactly. I can only speak to the Ulysse MM, in which you need something that is A5 sized. I use something like this:

These refills are compatible with the plastic piece that comes with the Hermes inserts, and that part is what snaps into the notebook.

I highly recommend the ulysse universel model-it accommodates any cheap A5 notebook, as it doesn't have the snaps...it is just a leather shell with pockets on the sides where you slide in your 3rd-party notebook of choice. After owning many standard ulysses in all kinds of sizes over the years I can say this is an absolute game changer and well worth it

The video on post #478 here is certainly useful, but I realized I have 2 Ulysses Mini, not PM, so they have less choice for refills. I also thought about keeping one with the address insert and selling the other, and get a PM or MM.
In the meanwhile, I got a beautiful preloved LV Nomade agenda in great condition, the leather smells great!

My first foray into the world of Ulysse (or anything Hermes for that matter) - a mini in Rose Mexico! A perfect companion to my beloved Hobonichi techo here for scale . I am still shocked by how “affordable”by Hermes standards those notebooks are.

Does anyone know of any SAs that will be willing to order from Canadian website for shipping to the US? I see quite a few more options for the notebooks in MM and PM on the Canadian websites but my SA in the US says she cannot order from a different country (I'm in the US, California)

Can someone tell me if the Agenda Refill for MM will fit in the Ulysse MM? Does the agenda refill have snaps? Or do I buy a different cover for it? I appreciate your help.

I thought I can just use either of my PM or GM Ulysse covers but those don’t work with it and it doesn’t have any snaps. I’m so lost as to which cover can I use for it? Does it have a specific name?

the cover pops in and out on the US site. I've seen it couple times. It's called the Globe-trotter agenda cover. Looks like this one here on the HONG KONG site

Does anyone happen to have intel on an aftermarket “snap” that could accommodate a closed coil like the one shown below? I just received my 2024 Plum Paper planner and would love a Ulysse cover for it. I realize the Universel model is also an option, but wanted to explore this one as well!
