EU Chatting and Stalking

I’m finding there’s a bit of a drought on the newer items in the EU? I ordered the nice nano through my SA nearly over 4 weeks ago now and she said there’s been a shortage of them all over the U.K. (where I’m based) and no stores are receiving any of them.

Also, I pre ordered the petit sac plat back in mid July and I got a call from my CS advisor telling me that my order would fulfilled but there would be a delay as they had a backlog and they were not taking any more orders... but I keep seeing people in the US, Asia and Australia (and a few countries in Europe) get their hands on it. It’s very frustrating considering I’ve paid for all of these items way in advance and I thought that being so close to the European stock houses it would be relatively quick, but it seems as though large amounts were prioritised for other parts of the world.

Anyone else experiencing similar? I appreciate them making items harder to get, but it doesn’t seem to be proportionate across all regions. To be honest, having to wait so long is making the excitement wear off because it’s not like I’m having to stalk them, I’m just waiting lol

Yes indeed I noticed that, that sometimes even some pieces are released in the states or in Asia before here and we are literally where the products are made so I don’t get it.
I am sure you’ll get your preordered pieces very soon, fingers crossed for you

Guys out of topic but please see dme good vibes, I ve purchased an almost vintage (« only » 18 years old) bag from Louis and today will be the 3rd attempt of delivery
I m going craz
Last Friday I literally saw the guy leaving my place so I missed him by one minute
Yesterday I was home all day they supposedly came, nobody rang so I don’t believe it
Today third attempt, I am this close to go outside take a chair and what for that delivery! Lol

ahahahahah the poor BF ahahahhahahaha
We’ve all been there probably ahahahha

Me the same, waiting for the third (and last) attempt for the kp da delivery, which a family member got for me last week Can't take a chair outside, because it is terribly raining today!
Which bag did you order? I wish you good luck in catching the delivery guy! Could you please post a pic when it arrives? Fingers crossed!!!

I am very sorry that you are experiencing that! I have not preordered anything so far (but was thinking of maybe preordering a speedy from the cruise 2021 collection) ... Hope that your items will arrive soon!
I have had a look on the "What are you stalking today" US-stalking thread a couple of days ago and noticed, that this thread is really full of htf items that I have never seen at the EU site (at least not during the last weeks / months), such as MPA in rose clair or the PSM in reverse mono. So I was also wondering whether the US customers have a better supply with these items (maybe because LV in USA produces more of them?)

Ps and yes the nice nano is really the cutest thing ever. So versatile and really well made I am just scared to use mine for some reasons lol

We have all been there! I can’t wait to see your vintage beauty, do share! I recently had a sentimental pre-datecode (before 1980s) piece handed down to me and I still can’t get over this bag is older than me!

Those are the best Louis pieces IMO
The craftsmanship back then was out of this world. Enjoy this piece !

I suppose the upside is our products are made in Europe. The US long for the coveted made in France pieces so I guess we have at least one advantage. Lol!

I'm stalking MPA, MPA straps since they were released and mini pochette in DA, pochette accessories DA, Felicie DA + pink leather since March in Russia. And I haven't seen even one of these items in stock. But thanks to your thread, I've contacted SA and she took my details for MPA strap+coin purse. Looks like I will have to search for a pre-loved bag to wear with it

Yeah I ve noticed just two days ago that just in Tokyo itself they have like 11 LV stores like whaaat lol so yeah huge market (it’s probably more than 11 I bet)

I have emailed my SA from CS very early today about these MPA straps because on Friday my SA from the boutique told me she is on holiday for 2 weeks so I am so scared to miss it.

Guys I’ve finally received my delivery! I was stalking ever truck noise I could hear in the street ahahaha

Stalking is what I take as a full time job. I do not consider that we were lucky. It’s just that perseverance paid off for a lot of us. Although now some of the HTF items we stalked for weeks or even months are easy to get now so it’s annoying as we said earlier this morning.
It seems that your list is 90% very hard to find pieces
What I would suggest you is to stalk seriously only one (or two max) item
The one that is on top of your list
The most difficult ones on your list are PA DA and MPA (although I don’t know anything about the MPA because it’s not my cup of tea but it’s what I sense from this forum that it is really hard to get)
Follow all the tips we give to new people on this forum
And stalking means (to me) refreshing page every 2 seconds during known restock times even when you go to the fridge, when you go to the toilet, when you eat. That’s what I ve personally done. And I managed to get 2 mini pochettes, 2 key pouch, toiletry 15, mono bandoulière from the website.
Obviously you could be lucky by waking up in the middle of night when you go to the toilet check the website and see the piece, this also happens but it did not with me lol those people are the lucky ones in my opinion.
Also I would suggest no to put to much hope into people from CS that are promising you to call you back if they see the piece in stock.
I received so many of these promises and 5 months later non of them did call except one but she ordered the wrong piece which was ok because I kept the piece (Pochette accessoire mono instead of mini pochette accessoire mono which by the way I’ve never managed to get online til this day and never saw it ATB once and that’s the piece I’ve stalked the most since March! And it’s VERY irritating when I see unboxings and people posting that piece atb lol but I was fortunate to find it in store for my younger sister and than ordering it in the boutique for me but Only after I ve purchased a preloved one because I was getting mad not being able to get it online even though I was stalking it all day long and I am not kidding you.)
With SA though it’s another story they usually contact you again, in my personal experience.
