Although those marks look like they come off with a plain baby wipe if you give a good scrub.
Does the interior look decent? The zipper pull is a clear sign of usage if it's all scratched etc too so have a look.

Yeah everything else (seams, zipper, alignment and interior etc.) looks great and it doesn't really appear to be used which is good :girlsigh: I have high hopes that the marks will go away with some water and soap since most marks do go away with a good wipe and I really don't want to return it heh.. Though £365 for a pouch and they can't even bother to wipe off obvious marks? Annoying :annoyed:

I suggest huggies pure baby wipes (pure water and no perfume). I use them on the canvas and vachetta and they work a treat for removing dirty marks. I'm currently working on removing a green pen stain from the vachetta of one my bags. I'll post the before and after pics when finished, but so far the stain is way better than before using the wipes.

LV needs to up their quality control and not ’up’ defective goods to us! Sorry you have to go through stalking to buy it in the first place then receive defective pieces.
