One of the Youtubers I watched (GinaLVoe I believe) told in her LV collection video that she had a good relationship with her SA so the SA allowed her to buy the Felicie chain and Felicie insert in DA although she did not own Felicie at all. So in case you know a nice SA, you could try to ask

Hey guys, I'm still after the mini pouchette in damier Azur. For some reason I'm able to input my email for notification when it comes back in stock. This makes me a little suspicious that it won't be restocked for a long time.
I think it's become harder to get now than the Mono. It was atb over the weekend but it's taken ages to come back into stock as have most DA pieces. Agreed it could be some time before another appearance, but hopefully not.
Did it come atb at the weekend? I didn’t see this. Funny you would think it would be more available in the summer. I also had a long discussion with cs about the gold chain and sent them an email. I don’t think I’ll get anywhere but worth a try. X
I got a Pochette Accessoires in DA over the weekend. Woudnt be surprised if mini PA became available too. I am sure there are more informed experts on the forum who can update you. Good luck with getting one!
