Well I went in this morning and was told in no uncertain terms by a new SA who I wouldn’t be in a rush to speak with again that the loop isn’t being released until September. I asked her to double check and she showed it to me on their system. I also asked about the speedy garden and she said that they won’t have any in store tomorrow and it’s not available to order. Pretty crappy all round really!

Sorry you had a crappy experience. I hope you can find a CA that you vibe with and that will be more helpful.

I am sorry to hear you had such an underwhelming experience in the store! May I ask, why not order online? I suppose both items will be available online (as everything recently) and you can always send it back :smile:!

I had wanted to see them in person and in store. Over here online purchases have to be returned by post and that doesn’t sit well with me. I have a feeling the hobo will be hard to get let alone online though!

Sound like you need a different SA. How disappointing!
