I love London City store too, they have the best customer service in all LV stores I have been too. Brilliant people, always make customers feel sooo welcome! From the security guy to the staff.
I had my first LV bag in the London City store too, the Alma bb. Even did the heat stamp there as the SA talked me into it. I did not put my initials on cause the SA showed me all kinds of other cute animations. Finally, I chose Vivienne to put on my bag. Never regret going there for my first bag. The only regret for that day is I forgot to ask for the SA details

Totally agree! The security guy is so friendly. We had a good chat whilst I was waiting to collect my order just before Christmas. It's a very small store, but all the staff in there are lovely and so helpful. My new SA is amazing. I wouldn't have known she was the manager, as she acted like any other member of staff. I'd highly recommend this store.

I made an appt with an SA with Cartier over 3 weeks ago to go have a look at some rings today...but sadly due to the torrential rain in Queensland/Brisbane....I decided this morning not to go and cancelled my appt...and the only C store is in the city and it's near the river which has now overflown with boats and things drifting away...walkways submerged....gosh it brings back memories when I lost my car in the floods about 7 years ago....Im glad I decided not to go at 6.30am this morning (surprised Hubby didnt suggest not to go) and he know Im disappointed and the store has closed today too due to this...good decision made...Hermes opposite was open but has since closed...LV and Chanel on the other end of the spectrum is still open (based on website search) hope they can close and let their staff go back safely...I am safe where I am as our place is uphill...there are many ppl losing power and having water in their homes....

Some photos of how bad it is and is getting worse as the rain hasnt stopped since it started last Wed...

But on the better side...my taigarama PO has been shipped!! That means I can prob pick it up next Sat when I see my SA to pick my my viv bandeau (which I saved $20 on haha)...hope the cch wont take too long....

So what did I do today? I tidied up my drawer with the LV slg boxes (with H) and receipts...to make space for these 2 new slgs...put all the box ribbons in a box...a lady on insta suggested I use the pyramid set up take a photo top down with LV showing on top for my feed...hahahah...I was definitely bored...

I also managed to place an order for the red CCH - any UK ladies NBS has stock apparently. I really liked my SA so decided to order from her and should collect next week.

Anyone have the ‘Vivien square’ Bandeau at all? I really like the bandeau but torn between the 2 shades it comes in. I only own the red escale bandeau.

Oh noo! That looks so scary, I’m happy you decided to stay home and be safe. Can’t imagine what to do when you get trapped in a flood like that When it comes to safety any luxury purchase can wait!

Congrats on ordering the red cch!! I ordered the viv bandeau in this colourway since I love red and will pick up with the red PO next Sat..I know how both colourways are nice too! I also had my dilemma initially..I onlu got two LV bandeau the Libra (got the Virgo for my girl) and the game on one…

These were were slgs…bags and earrings are elsewhere..I don’t have a place where I store all things designer..paper bags and boxes are another league gosh! It was therapeutic to do the rearrangement hahah
