so it could be a while. Ask your SA to find out specifically how they plan to repair it, because they could swap the outside leather along with the inside lining and send you back a shallower imprint. What parts will they keep - just the pockets and change out front and back? Let her know you prefer to keep the original cover if at all possible (it could be damaged in the disassembly, or have those pesky holes from the stitching and they might feel it warrants a new cover). Hoping they only have to disassemble ONE side, trim the lining and restitch and glaze. That would be optimal
