I received my preloved DA pieces today that I ordered last week; overall really happy about the condition and to have completed my trifecta, so satisfying  (DE is currently in use that‘s why it looks thicker)! Can‘t wait use them in the summer)

There are two small issues though; I wanted to ask your opinion and advice: the glazing on the multicles has partly come off and the button is quite scratched - it has been in use since 2017 so I guess that‘s normal wear and tear, I wonder if LV would repair/replace this (as a paid service) if I ask them to? Do you have any experience with this? I know they willingly fixed my glazing issues on the OTG but this was a new item. Thanks for letting me share!

The glazing on key holders are the worst because of the pressure points where it bends. I've had problems with both of mines. I'm in the US and they quoted $120 to do the reglazing and change out the button for free.

OMG, so happy for you everything has arrived, so many boxes!! :woot: But why you make us wait till tomorrow :crybaby::lol:
Because I have that pesky inconvenience called work. I already moved a meeting so I could do my store pick up this morning :giggle: . It also took longer to get there as there was no northern line trains running, which I didn't know, so I had to walk part way in 50mph winds. Guess it's karma for bunking off work .

Hahaha, ohnooo, I feel you. We have the same storms here in the Netherlands, the wind is really killing:console: I'm so done with this weather and the damage it causes. Butttt, can't wait for tomorrow to see all the pictures and your opinion on the pieces :hbeat:

We have the same storms here in Austria, it’s terrible. It definitely wasn’t like this many years ago.

You too? We had storm Dudley, last Thursday, Eunice on Friday and Franklin today. The damage from Eunice has been quite significant. It was crazy in London. Usually we're not affected. It was the first time ever having a red weather warning.

Congrats! Oh no the glazing is really bad, maybe you can ask your SA how much it could cost?

Yes, we had the same storms! :( Especially Eunice on friday was really heavy because I live near the coast. I saw outdoor furniture flying around, trees crashing cars, multiple people have died because of falling trees and there's already half a billion euro of damage. Honestly I was a bit scared, never seen a storm like this. I'm currently hired by an insurance company to build IT systems for damage claims and they even asked us as IT people to stay standby to help the business with logging the claims. It's insane!

I'm not scared easily, but Eunice scared the hell out of me. Never experienced winds like it. We also had a number of deaths mainly from trees hitting cars. What's really dumb is there were some people still taking their daily swim at the beach and others taking selfies by the coast as the storm was in full swing. WtF??

Did you see this in Northern Germany? It reminded me of a scene out of Titanic :-s.

I like how everyone still sits casually and waiting and then they are running
