Gorgeous bag! :loveeyes:. I can't really see the issue in the first pic, but the second I can. I'd return, especially if it's affecting the d-ring at the top. Have you tried positioning the flap straight. Does is still tilt to one side?

Yes, because it makes the strap rub on the side of the flap and I‘m afraid it will damage it.
Hopefully my SA can order a new one, as I really love this. :love:
Yes, I tried to position it at the centre. But the way the magnet closed, it tilts to the side.

The bag is beautiful but you can clearly see it’s crooked and I would probably return it too, the bag is too expensive to be like this!

Last but not least or the best things are coming at the end. This SLG wasn’t planned a ALL, I just bought it because I’ve wanted to see if my account is okay (lol)
At first I wanted the dragonfruit cardholder but I’ve got one normal mono cardholder in the past and used it for 2 months (while my wallet was at repair) and sold it. :lol:
So I really went thru all the items and came across this beautiful SLG! The price and the quality are beyond amazing! :cloud9:
