Has anyone else noticed how horrible the search bar actually is on the website. I wanted to look up round coin purses, but whenever I press enter or press “see more products” in the search bar I get directed to all the compact wallets and no round coin purse to be found

same with searching for the mini PA. The product recommendations in the search bar are correct but whenever I press enter I get to see all the mini bags. And there is no mini PA to be found in the mini bag list.

What do you expect from a small startup business? Give them more time until they become more popular. Eventually they will adjust their website sometime then….

Yes you’re right, I’m being a bit too hard on them. Also with all the covid restrictions for the past (almost) 2 years it’s ofcourse already difficult enough. How dare I be such a mean girl

It’s really annoying! It only works (halfway) when you enter the words in the search bar and then don‘t press enter, but click on an item that appears below the search bar.

Yes indeed! But still a bit annoying since for the mini PA not all options are shown in the drop down and if I select one from the drop down list you can’t switch to the limited editions.

The app is a bit better luckily, I at least get the mini PA in the results. Not that I want to buy one of these items, but still. What a great way to end the weekend with complaining

The actual best part is if you click on „now available“ you will get some sold out items and some available items aren’t even shown

Now I understand this collection is still available, people just can’t find it lv webshop is really a joke

As @Emphosix already said, Lv is an indie brand that needs our support to finally afford a good IT personal!

I will start with the package with the shopping bag option. So it seems that the option is definitely working, but I really wanted to start crying, literally

Yes, I went over limit. I purchased around 40 bags/slgs last year. What really made it yellow was I purchased 3 TP 26s and then 3 same Mini Pochettes. Do not purchase more than 2 items with the same sku.

Wow I definitely purchased way less and I was flagged so had to have hubby create and account there and then..

My online CS could order the earrings under the account for me but my SA in store said she can’t so she didn’t tell me and used hubby’s account straight away..how wierd!..and the pink PO is under my own account…
