I ordered it a few weeks ago to use for the mono PA which I hoped to get (haha didn't happen) and for a mono Speedy 25. I really liked it on the mono Speedy, felt luxurious and was long enough to wear cross-body on my super tall frame (which was my main reason for purchasing it). Anyway, I was happy with it.

yes this is exactly my plan can it be made shorter because I am as tall as Kourtney Kardashian

Hey guys! Update from me - yesterday when I got my PA I felt so strange, I was absolutely over the moon to have it but when I was trying it on as a shoulder bag I just couldn’t picture myself with it! I couldn’t picture it crossbody either and was wondering if I’d made a big mistake and would end up sending it back. However, my order from ‘Dress Up Your Purse’ on Etsy arrived today and omg I’m sold. I’m in love!! I ordered a skinny coffee strap which is meant to match Damier Ebene canvas but looks PERFECT with this bag - I ordered a cross body chain too which a dead ringer for the Felicie chain. I also got a chunkier chain as I really wanted some sort of bag charm to hang across the front to make it a bit more unique but I couldn’t find any long enough so thought I’d try this one. I wasn’t sure how it would look but I personally LOVE it! I know it won’t be everyone’s cup of tea lol but I just thought I’d share

Oh I love it . My PA is still sitting in her box for a week. I have a gold long chain but I don't really feeling it. Still debating to get the 16 mm mono.
I'm waiting on a look a like vachetta strap from Etsy.

I would really try contacting your SA now and seeing what they can do for you.
It really is available more than they’re letting on I think!
The process to get mine was super quick - granted I was shocked but it really is doable.
It was atb earlier so them saying they can’t process it for you is poor.
I am so sorry you haven’t had any luck with it yet

Pictures 1-3 taken with my 5s and nice nano with the iPhone XR inside (WITHOUT a case, it does fit with an apple case but I find it too pushy so I would avoid) and all the junk (no misshape no bulging whatsoever) you can also add the glasses with a soft case on top with this arrangement

Chanel card holder with my 7 cards needed on a daily basis
Chanel pouch with purse hanger inside in case you don’t attach a strap to it otherwise you can omit that one
6 keys holder fully packed but I don’t pack my keys like that in this little cutie because it takes a lot of space but since probably everyone has it I just show you it fits all in there
Pochette clé with car key and mask
Chanel mirror WITH its pouch and bloating paper in between
All the rest is obvious
I just forgot to put one or two alcohol wipes (they do fit with no problem)
It zips WITHOUT any problem very smoothly

Pictures 9-10 just to show that o case (yes I still have my nasty tape on it don’t come at me lol) or any zip around fit with no problem

So I don’t know what else you need but the essentials do fit as you can see.

It’s actually only 7mm!! It’s super skinny but I think it goes really well with the style of the bag

But honestly it’s so easy to get something in a out of this one, not like the speedy nano where everything is on top of everything
You just need both hands to open it I guess or I still need some training lol
